These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FocusFind (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using FocusFind, you agree to these Terms.

1) Agreement & changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the changes.

2) Eligibility & accounts

• You must be legally able to form a contract in your jurisdiction.
• You’re responsible for the security of your account and credentials.

3) Plans, billing & refunds

• Paid features are billed via Stripe; charges and invoices are handled by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Account or the Billing Portal.
• Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once the current period starts.

4) Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity; no scraping outside allowed endpoints.
• No attempts to probe or circumvent security or rate limits.
• Respect IP rights and third-party terms for data you fetch or upload.

5) AI output & limitations

FocusFind may generate AI-assisted output that can be inaccurate or incomplete. You’re responsible for reviewing results and for any decisions you make based on them. No legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice is provided.

6) Intellectual property

• The FocusFind service, branding, and code are our IP. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
• You retain rights to your content and grant us the rights necessary to operate the service.

7) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using FocusFind at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8) Disclaimers

FocusFind is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

10) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
